The Estimator will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard‑bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area. This role involves shaping the Estimator Department through development, initiatives, and long‑term growth opportunities.

Premier Design‑Build Contractor located in downtown Madison. We build ground‑up structures in commercial, healthcare, hospitality, residential, municipal, senior living, and other markets, creating relationships and long‑term partnerships.

The Estimator will lead the bidding for both conceptual and hard‑bid estimates across a variety of markets in the Greater Madison area. We are looking for an experienced teammate to play a key role in shaping our Estimator Department through development and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of estimating experience
• Experience with both hard‑bid and conceptual estimating
• Technical skills with Microsoft Office, Excel, estimating database software, and on‑screen takeoff
