Job Details

Responsible for leading mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements. This role coordinates customers, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors while overseeing schedule, cost, quality, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute multiple mechanical projects simultaneously
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, billings, and change orders
  • Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, fabrication, equipment, and materials
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned customers
  • Provide technical and operational support to field and shop teams
  • Manage project documentation, closeout, punch lists, and warranties
  • Support safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer management skills
  • Experience managing construction or mechanical projects
  • Ability to read construction drawings and project documents
  • Comfortable working with budgets, schedules, and cost tracking
  • Proficient with standard business software
  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed
