We are looking for a Site Safety Manager to lead field-level safety programs and ensure an incident‑free environment on our heavy construction project sites. If you are a proactive safety professional who excels at building strong field relationships and maintaining airtight compliance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field Oversight: Monitor daily construction activities, conduct regular site walk‑through assessments, and ensure operations are executed safely and as planned.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain strict compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations. Ensure all project and subcontractor safety records are maintained in an audit‑ready state.
  • Incident Management: Lead incident investigations (near misses, property damage, environmental) and recommend effective countermeasures. Manage immediate hazard corrections on‑site.
  • Communication & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for client safety departments and subcontractor representatives. Conduct site safety training and distribute regular safety awareness communications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (Safety, Engineering, or Construction Management) + 3 years of construction/industrial safety experience.
  • Associate degree + 5 years of construction/industrial safety experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED + 7 years of construction/industrial safety experience.

Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with OSHA Construction and General Industry Regulations, as well as ANSI, NIOSH, and EM 385‑1‑1 standards.

Certifications & Requirements
  • OSHA 10‑hour or 30‑hour Construction Outreach training is required.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (position requires driving to various project locations).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; willingness to work flexible project schedules on‑site.
