We're seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead small- to medium-sized commercial projects while partnering with senior team members on larger, more complex work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small- to medium-sized commercial construction projects from planning through completion
- Support project success through schedule coordination, cost management, and risk mitigation
- Maintain strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Ensure projects meet quality expectations and safety standards
- Assist in managing project documentation, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes
Qualifications & Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of commercial construction experience; previous project management experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus
- High initiative and willingness to continue learning and growing
