Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from kickoff to final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor project progress and resolve schedule, cost, and quality issues.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Track project costs, change orders, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure successful project closeout and client satisfaction.

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and project execution.
• Understanding of construction contracts, safety requirements, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
