This company is a multi-disciplinary consulting firm bringing together civil engineers, structural engineers, land surveyors, landscape architects, ecologists, and construction professionals under one roof. • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required;
  Master's degree a plus
• PE license in Wisconsin, SE is a plus

• Coach engineers at the junior and mid-career level via hands‑on training, design critiques, and guidance on professional growth
• Offer technical direction and oversight to a structural engineering group working across a range of building and infrastructure work
• Handle quality control reviews and construction administration responsibilities

• 8+ years of progressive structural engineering experience, including project management responsibilities
• Demonstrated experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and client communication from proposal through construction close-out
• Proficiency in structural design: (e.g., Revit, RISA, SAP
  2000, ETABS, or similar)
• Experience with a range of structural materials and systems (steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and/or cold‑formed steel)
