Construction Laborer
Join our team as a Construction Laborer, where you will contribute to commercial construction projects by waterproofing concrete foundations. You will work closely with a crew of 1-3 people, transporting waterproofing materials, digging holes, moving dirt, and assisting your team members.
Responsibilities- Work on commercial construction projects waterproofing concrete foundations.
- Collaborate with a crew of 1-3 people.
- Transport waterproofing materials to the site.
- Dig holes and move dirt as part of site preparation.
- Assist other crew members with various tasks.
- General construction labor experience.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- 6+ months of construction experience.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Good attendance and reliability.
- Capability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to work.
The role involves working on commercial construction job sites, primarily outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions. Work hours are from 6:45 am to 5 pm, starting at the company shop and traveling to job sites in a company truck. While we aim to keep assignments in Madison, some travel may be required. The team size is 1-3 people. The dress code includes leather boots, high visibility shirts, and provided safety gear such as hard hats and safety glasses.
Tools required include a tape measure, utility knife, pouches, and a hammer.
This is a Permanent position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $24.00/hr.
