Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Madison, Wisconsin - This is a full-time, 100% on-site opportunity working closely with field teams, customers, and leadership while managing commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish.

Note: Candidates must have at least 2+ years of Project Manager experience in plumbing construction or 2+ years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing construction experience. Commercial plumbing experience is required.

• Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from estimating through final completion.
• Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, proposals, and bid packages.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and schedule of values.
• Monitor labor, material costs, job costing, and project profitability.
• Purchase materials and coordinate project resources.
• Manage project schedules while supporting field foremen and subcontractors.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, customers, and field teams.
• Attend project meetings and monthly WIP meetings.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and general contractors.
• Support business development efforts and identify new project opportunities.

• 2+ years of plumbing construction Project Manager experience or 2+ years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Experience with estimating, job costing, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
