HVAC Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities with Superintendents, Foremen, and Journeymen
• Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
• Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and financial reporting
• Interpret construction drawings and contract terms for all stakeholders
• Oversee subcontractor RFPs, proposals, and agreements
• Ensure compliance with safety plans and company policies
• Prepare and present project forecasts, cost tracking, and WIP statistics
• Support business development through client relationship management

• Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, codes, and standards
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, scheduling software, and project accounting tools (COINS preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, construction sites, and loud environments
• Must be able to climb, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed
