We are hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects in the $5M–$40M range. These are repeat-client, program-driven builds with aggressive schedules and clear execution standards.

You will run the site. You will control the trades. You will own safety, sequencing, and quality.

• Ground-up large-format retail
• Warehouse / distribution
• Fuel stations and lube facilities
• Car wash facilities
• Repeat-client program work
• Fast-paced schedules with defined closeout targets

What you own:

• Field control
• Direct all trade partner activity on site
• Run daily trade huddles and weekly coordination meetings
• Maintain jobsite authority and work sequencing
• Ensure site is clean, organized, and inspection-ready daily
• Schedule execution
• Build and manage 2-week lookaheads tied to master schedule
• Identify and correct slippage before it impacts milestones
• Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and manpower alignment
• Safety leadership
• Enforce site-specific safety plan
• Conduct and document inspections in Procore
• Issue and close safety observations
• Maintain zero-repeat safety violations
• Quality control
• Lead pre-install meetings before major scopes
• Perform in-progress inspections
• Enforce QC standards before work is covered
• Drive clean pre-punch and final inspections
