Concrete Foreman

• Accurately report materials, equipment, and hours of work
• Manage the personnel on the crew
• Maintain crew, public, regulatory, and safety requirements
• Operate a variety of power equipment and other machinery as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned under the direction of the Superintendent or other management
• Work on commercial and industrial construction sites throughout the Midwest

• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• A CDL is desired but not necessary for hire
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed
• Able to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and dirty and dusty environments
• Member of a local trade union, or willingness to become a union member, required; union membership is not required prior to hire
• 3–5 years of experience in the construction trade
• 2–4 years of experience in a sub-foreman or leadership role
• Ability to manage own time and other construction industry personnel efficiently
• Ability to motivate, develop, direct, and lead a team
• Prior leadership experience

Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills in the construction industry, with a focus on safety compliance and efficient personnel management. Possesses the ability to operate various power equipment and machinery while maintaining high standards of work quality.
