GPS Machine Control Specialist

• Localize sites for control and base‑station set‑up.
• Install machine‑control models into equipment for field use.
• Support field operations through on‑site QC checks and train new personnel in equipment use.
• Troubleshoot grade‑control equipment.
• Work with outside vendors for 3‑D machine‑control model building.
• Build or modify existing 3‑D models as necessary using Carlson software.
• Handle some survey layout for construction.
• Service GPS equipment selection, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform quantity calculations for payment (area, length and volume).
• Support drone survey operations.

This position involves both field and office work and offers growth opportunities. Preferred candidates will have on‑the‑job experience or an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Technology or Construction Management.
