Research the Product First You cannot excel in this role if you don't understand what we are building. Check it out here:
Descriptionhave the product, but we need the voice. We are looking for a creative lead to turn Priority from a "tool" into a movement.
This is a concrete, hands-on role. You will concept, shoot, and edit short-form content that captures attention and converts viewers into users.
You need to be deeply in tune with internet culture. You know why a video gets 100k views vs 1k views. You know how to ride a trend before it dies, and how to create original formats that set the trend.
You must have access to whatever equipment is necessary to execute your vision (whether that is a cinema camera or just an iPhone).
You aren't just making individual videos to fill a quota. You are building the brand's public identity from scratch. Every piece of content you ship defines how the world sees us.
The Opportunity- Real Ownership:
No coffee runs. You will have more autonomy in one month here than in a year at a big corporation. - The Portfolio:
You will leave with real assets (campaigns launched, content published) that prove you are a practitioner, not just a student. - School Credit:
We are happy to sign off on any paperwork required for university credit. - The Reference: If you execute, we will provide a glowing, personalized letter of recommendation vouching for your work ethic to any future employer.
- The Future:
We are building to raise venture capital. The first people we look to hire full-time are the ones who were in the trenches with us early on.
We are a pre-seed startup, so this is currently an unpaid role. Here is why it’s worth your time:
