About the Role

As a Board Operator, you play a critical part in ensuring our broadcasts run smoothly and sound great. Your precision and professionalism guarantee every show, ad, and moment reaches our audience with clarity and impact.

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre-recorded shows.
• Regularly create and publish engaging, high-quality social media content that aligns with brand voice and audience interests.
• Continuously generate fresh ideas, craft compelling posts, and adapt content for different platforms to drive engagement, increase visibility, and maintain a consistent and active online presence.
• Monitor on-air programming for quality, timing, and compliance with FCC regulations.
• Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate commercial placement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and elevate when necessary.
• Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems such as Nex Gen, Sound+, and Adobe Audition.
• Consistently produce compelling, engaging, and high-quality content tailored to target sports audiences.
• Strong ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into impactful posts that drive interaction, enhance brand visibility, and maintain a consistent online presence across multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.
