Job Description
We’re currently hiring an Associate Director of Animation, Interactive & Environment Design; a creative leadership role overseeing a multidisciplinary team working across animation, interactive media, game development, and scenic/environment design. This position provides the strategic vision and day-to-day leadership for a talented group of artists and designers, helping shape creative work that reaches audiences across broadcast, digital, educational, and live experiences.
We’re looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader with experience guiding creative teams, mentoring artists and designers, and embracing innovation. The ideal candidate is excited by emerging technologies, interactive storytelling, and creative experimentation, while fostering a positive team culture and advancing PBS Wisconsin’s mission through engaging visual experiences.
