- Work collaboratively with a Video Producer and Marketing staff to develop project concepts and plans for a wide variety of video work
- Establish quick rapport with patients, families, staff and leaders, making them feel comfortable participating in video work
- Create visually engaging videos for social media
- Create compelling video graphic solutions with a strong sense of design, timing, and audio-visual balance
- Use video equipment, production software and lighting techniques in a variety of environments
- Develop concepts, capture high-quality video and audio, and produce engaging work for digital, social, news media, event and internal communication channels
- Showcase the people, innovation and impact behind UW Health, a leading academic health system
- Associate's Degree in Visual Communications or related field Required
- 2 years as working as a Videographer Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field Preferred
- Other coursework or experience in multi-media graphics Preferred
- 5 years as working as a Videographer Preferred
- Health care experience Preferred
- Familiarity with higher education Preferred
- Assignments require traveling to various locations in Dane County, northern Illinois and some regional locations
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and some planned assignments after-hours
Demonstrates expertise in video production, including concept development, high-quality video and audio capture, and editing for various digital platforms. Strong ability to engage with diverse audiences and create visually compelling content that aligns with organizational goals.
