Description: Crowley for Wisconsin is seeking a Video Producer to join our growing digital department working to elect Milwaukee County Executive David Crowley for Governor. This role will have a specific focus on developing video concepts, producing, and editing footage to reinforce key campaign messaging priorities. Ideal candidates for this role will bring a strong creative perspective with a demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories.

The Video Producer’s duties will include:

• Identify and conceptualize ideas for video content that reinforces the campaign’s core messaging
• Script, produce, and edit video content, including long format videos for Youtube and Facebook, short format videos for Tik Tok, X, and Instagram Reels, as well as rapid response video.
• Help produce video and graphic assets for other departments as needed.
• Traveling and staffing events as needed
• Regularly analyze social media metrics, reporting on what’s working and making strategic recommendations on where to improve.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates will have:

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and other leading video editing software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Access to a dedicated computer for editing
• Experience working on a digital program for a political campaign, organization, or non-profit a plus
• Detail oriented and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours (nights and weekends).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing content for emerging platforms such as Tik Tok and Reels.
