Join Metro Kia of Madison as a valuable member of our team in the role of CASHIER/ADVISOR ASSISTANT. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. Our team is looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented individual to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Greet and assist customers professionally
• Assist in checking customers out
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist in cash‑handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries
• Support advisors with administrative tasks
• Managing our loaner vehicles (checking them in and checking them out)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Compensation of $18.00 per hour, paid bi‑weekly
