POSITION

DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers within our Service & Remodel Segment
. You ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.

Compensation
  • Hourly wage is set between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience
Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service
Schedule
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
