About the RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our organization—meeting customers in person, answering questions, and helping them find solutions that truly fit their needs. You’ll play a key role in driving growth while ensuring every interaction is positive, informative, and memorable.

What You’ll Do- Listen to customer needs and recommend products, upgrades, or solutions
- Answer questions about pricing and services with confidence and clarity
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
Stay knowledgeable about client products and promotions - Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to think on your feet and stay composed under pressure
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
