We are seeking to hire Intake Eligibility Specialists for our valued client in Madison, WI!
Shift- 1st Shift Intake Eligibility Specialist works Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5pm
The Pay for an Intake Eligibility Specialist:
- $19/hr
- Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate, after 40 hours per week is worked

Job Duties of the Intake Eligibility Specialist:
- Assist customers in office, via phone and via email with applications for Energy Assistance Program and provide resources for housing stability
- Answer client and vendor questions of program eligibility, benefit levels and form of payment
- Provide support to customers to collect the required verification documents for the application
- Review completed forms to see that all necessary information has been entered for data entry
