Position: B2B Customer Support Specialist (8mo Contract) - Hybrid

8 months contract (potential for permanent conversion)

Pay rate: $18/hr on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a customer-facing team in delivering prompt, professional, and convenient service. This role will assist with day-to-day client support activities, manage back-end administrative tasks, and proactively coordinate order processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer-facing teams in delivering high-quality service to clients
  • Assist with back-end administrative tasks including invoicing, data requests, and client follow-ups
  • Proactively manage and track order processing activities
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external clients
  • Quickly learn and apply product knowledge to support client needs
  • Analyze client requests and provide timely resolutions
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and documentation
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) customer service experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
