Policyholder Service Representative

Oxford Life Insurance Company is seeking a qualified Policyholder Service Representative to join our Policyholder Service Department. The ideal candidate will answer calls from clients and agents on existing policies and provide quality customer service on each call.

The Policyholder Service Representative will:

• Document all calls into system and follow up on any calls that require a call back.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to all callers.
• Promote teamwork and call center success.
• Promote good listening skills.
• Manage length of calls.
• Recognize and manage assertive callers.
• Be required to take a minimum of 50 calls per day.
• Limited data entry

Requirements:

• Predictable attendance is a MUST
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Professional phone manner.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Education/Training:

• High School Diploma
