Full-Time Customer Service Representative (Pet Host), creating memorable experiences for pet parents and their pets.
As the first and last point of contact, you’ll greet clients, manage check‑ins/check‑outs, book reservations, answer inquiries, process payments, and verify vaccination records.
You’ll also assist during peak times, handle pets safely, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, confident, and passionate about pets.
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, stand, lift up to 60 lbs, and handle various tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
