Overview
Located in the heart of downtown Madison, Capitol Lakes is a premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community offering residents an engaging lifestyle with exceptional amenities and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors while supporting daily front desk and administrative operations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Greet residents, guests, and visitors while creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Answer and coordinate incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Provide information and assistance to residents, staff, and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Support administrative tasks including mail distribution, basic clerical duties, and maintaining front desk organization.
- Assist with scheduling needs such as transportation and appointments while communicating with internal teams.
- Help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring visitor access and following procedures.
11:00 pm - 7:00 am CST
Pay$14.00 - $22.40 / hr DOE
About You- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or clerical work preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable interacting with residents and team members.
