Property Support Representative

We are seeking an experienced Property Support Representative to join our team!

NOTE:

This position is based in our Sacramento office with 3 days in office required. The use of remote audio and visual tools will also be required.

• Respond to phone calls, emails, and online chats from property managers and package liaisons
• Work with carriers to solve problems at properties
• Review and follow up on CRM tasks
• Work on projects as assigned by management
• Respond to escalated requests from Residential Support
• Review integration settings and elevate as appropriate

• 1+ years of direct Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the iOS ecosystem
• Advanced troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking skills
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
• Ability to research and grasp information across multiple tools while speaking with clients
• Self‑starter mentality, a solutions‑driven mindset, adaptability, empathy, insight, and dependability

• Experience working in a call center environment
• A Bachelor’s degree or some college
