Position: US  - Customer Care - Call Center Core 1

Call Center Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Madison, WI

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

What's the Job?

  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Utilize computer systems and ERP platforms to process orders, invoices, and customer requests accurately
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by fostering positive relationships with internal and external customers
  • Follow clearly defined procedures to perform routine tasks with consistency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word) and ability to learn complex ERP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers
  • A customer-focused approach with empathy and professionalism in all interactions
