Customer Service Rep
Front Desk Agents must excel at guest communication, multitasking, customer service, and organization. These team members are responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, taking payment for rooms, answering phones, serving as a reliable source of information about the hotel and the Madison area (especially the campus area), and ensuring our guest have everything they required during their stay.
Part-time position available, must have weekend availability to be considered. Schedules may include a mix of hours.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent customer service skills.
Able to prioritize projects and organize to complete them in a timely manner.
Consistent professional attitude, behavior, appearance and dress in the work environment and whenever representing the hotel.
Able to maintain a calm demeanor at all times, even during emergency situations.
Fluent in English, bi-lingual in Spanish beneficial.
