The CSR will provide exceptional customer experiences, manage relationships with customers and insurance companies, and support the Repair Facility Team.
Responsibilities include scheduling vehicle repair appointments, managing communications, and ensuring documentation is accurate. Applicants should have a High School diploma and preferably experience in customer service and auto body environments. Competitive compensation is available, ranging from $18 to $22+ per hour based on experience.
