Mailroom Member Services Specialist – 1st Shift

We are seeking to hire a Mailroom and Member Service worker for our valued client in Madison, WI!

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift Mailroom and Member Service workers work Monday – Friday, 7 am – 5 pm

• 1st Shift – $18 – $20 (Bilingual ENG – SPA)

Experience in the life insurance industry is a plus but is not required. We will train you. Experience in Customer Service jobs, strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Over time pay is paid at 1.5x your rate after 40 hours per week is worked.

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail, including labeling, packaging, and ensuring proper postage
• Process loans, withdrawals and surrenders of existing policies
• Process premium payments to include credit card and online payments
• Field phone calls to answer questions from the member or agent, determine next steps, and prepare necessary paperwork
