At Zimbrick Automotive, we believe exceptional customer service makes all the difference. We’re looking for a friendly, positive, and dependable Part‑Time Customer Service Representative to join our Body Shop team.

In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. As one of the final touchpoints in the repair process, you’ll have the opportunity to leave customers with a lasting positive impression and help us continue building Customers for Life.

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Build positive relationships and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with questions
• Review and process customer repair orders
• Accurately process customer payments
• Follow up on insurance payments with insurance companies
• Process accounts receivable payments
• Assist with daily deposit reconciliation
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Flexible part‑time scheduling within core business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
