Provide day-to-day support of Front End department operations, policies, processes and procedures;
Explore and develop more effective and efficient processes for Front End, Customer Service Center and Accounting;
Coach and train customer service manager and front end supervisors;
Support store management in maintaining a well-organized, clean, pleasant shopping environment at the check stands, front-end, Self Service Checkouts, Customer Service Center, Accounting Room and parking lot area;
Follow through on special assignments and perform any and all duties as assigned
