Service Administrator

Service Administrator Hourly

Schedule semi-flexible schedule between 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. Normal shifts are 7:00am to 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm. Occasional schedule adjustments may be required to provide department coverage during vacations, training, meetings, or other business needs.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers as they arrive, Answering incoming phone calls, Scheduling service appointments, Cashiering customers and processing payments, Assisting with washing and preparing customer vehicles after service, Checking loaner vehicles in and out, Assisting with internal repair orders, Supporting the service advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks.

What we're looking for:

Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills, Strong communication with customers and employees, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Computer skills, Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
