Guest Services Specialist

Work Schedule

Part‑time, 23% FTE. Scheduled hours 4:30pm – 9:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department.

• Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
• Warmly greet our patients, visitors, and staff to create a welcoming environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
