Lumino is looking for a Customer Service & Office Administrator to work in our Customer Service Department. We are looking for a candidate that is driven, motivated, flexible, can handle stressful situations, has experience with Office Suite products and previous customer service experience. As a Customer Service & Office Administrator, you will assist customers with product inquiries they may have during/after purchase, resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner. The Customer Service & Product Specialist will answer phone calls, emails, work within retailer messaging systems, submit carrier claims, dispute retailer claims and other projects related to the operations of our business. You will also handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information and work with the finance team on preparing quotes and processing orders.
PrimaryResponsibilities
- Serves customers by providing product and service information.
- Attract potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting information about other products.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. It is important to follow up with the correct parties to ensure resolution.
- Maintain account health by processing customer returns, disputing claims, and completing cancellations.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Complete service requests made by retailers.
- Handles inbound sales calls or emails and provides product information and works with finance team on preparing quotes and processing orders.
- Additional projects will include new product installation, reviewing installation instructions and shipping samples.
- Familiarity with Office Suite software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Zoom experience (phone software).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive in problem solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Bachelor's or Associate degree is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service
- Familliarity with retailer messaging systems
