• Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their floral needs such as anniversary, birthdays, wedding and funerals.
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints with care and professionalism.
• Handling orders, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assisting with inventory management, including lifting and organizing items up to 50 lbs.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized shop environment.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with our customers.
• The ability to handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and tact.
• Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
