SSM Health West Beltline in Madison, WI is seeking a call center professional to join our answering services team. The role answers incoming calls and triages inquiries, collecting caller data to support measurement, tracking and reporting activities.
This regular, full-time night-shift position (2:30 PM–11:00 PM) operates on a fixed two-week rotation with Tue–Sat workdays and includes a holiday rotation.
Education:
high school diploma/GED or 10 years of experience.
