Work Schedule

This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 12:30pm - 9:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

• Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
