Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Madison, WI. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fast-growing, innovative medical technology company known for its collaborative culture, employee development, and commitment to customer excellence.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer inbound customer calls and emails regarding orders, product information, pricing, and order status.

+ Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and efficiently within Oracle ERP.

+ Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

+ Create and maintain customer accounts and records.

+ Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) as needed.

+ Collaborate with internal departments including Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales to resolve customer issues.

+ Monitor and respond to customer emails to ensure timely service and achievement of department goals.

+ Participate in daily KPI and team meetings.

+ Meet established performance metrics, including service levels, talk time, productivity, and quality standards.

+ Escalate potential issues or customer concerns to leadership proactively.

Qualifications

+ Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, technical support, or related experience.

+ Experience handling difficult or escalated customer interactions.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.

+ Experience working with CRM or ERP systems.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
