As a QA Customer Service Representative at Dave Jones, you will be the first point of contact for our valued general contractors and builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent support and information concerning our services. Your effective communication and problem-solving skills will help build trust and relationships with our clients.

Compensation:
Hourly wage is set between $23.00 and $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Essential job duties and responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
• Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure first call completion success
