Work Schedule:
This is a part-time, 70% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist - Bilingual to:

  • Support the information desk, waiting rooms and other areas of University Hospital by providing the best customer service.
  • Greet patients, families, and visitors and make efforts to create a welcoming environmental for guests.


** Must be bilingual in Spanish**

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
Work Experience
  • Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
