We are looking for an amazing Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our private practice in Green Bay! If you want to be part of practice with a family dynamic where our employees are long-tenured and diverse then look no further!

Office Schedule
  • Monday: 7-4:30 (1 hr lunch)
  • Tuesday: 7-4:30 (1 hr lunch)
  • Wednesday: 7-4 (1 hr lunch)
  • Thursday: 7-4 (1 hr lunch)
  • Friday: 7-1 (No lunch)
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Develop productive schedules.
  • Manage patient documents and records.
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
  • Present treatment plans and collect payments.
  • Arrange payment plans for patients.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance verification.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry.
  • Experience in dental terminology.
  • Treatment planning, insurance and other front office related duties.
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred.
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
