Dental Hygienist (Full-time)
Isthmus Family Dental is hiring a highly motivated full-time Dental Hygienist to provide excellent oral healthcare.
Office Hours- Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Tuesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications. Compensation follows a “whichever is greater” model – you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher.
Example earning potential:
Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00–$75.00/hour and anywhere in between.
- $5,000 Sign on and Retention bonus.
- All-Expenses Paid Tropical Vacation after 5 years (eligible every 5 years).
