Mendota Springs Dental is currently hiring for a highly motivated full-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare for our office!

Mendota Springs Dentistry is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We give our hygienists the time they need to provide the dental care that they will be proud of. We have a fantastic team led by Dr. Kha Ai Hua and Dr. Michelle Shadrick, along with an amazing culture!

Salary:

Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation may follow a "whichever is greater" model - you'll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher!

Example earning potential:

Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 - $75.00/hour and anywhere in between!

Office

Hours:

• Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
• Tuesday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) clinical hours
• Wednesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
• Occasional Fridays (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) clinical hours
• No weekends!!!

Experience &

Qualifications:

• You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin.
• Dental Hygienist: 1 year preferred, but not required!
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
