We offer advanced technology---Biolase, Periolase, Solea, Gemini Evo i-Tero scanner for Invisalign. Also, Prime print (digital models), and Orthophos SL Scanner (3D cone beam CT).

Pay: 200K annually.

Role Description

As an Associate Dentist at Dentistry For Madison, you will provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care to a diverse patient population in an on-site setting located in Madison, Wisconsin. This full-time role involves conducting comprehensive exams, diagnosing oral health conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and other general dentistry services. You will educate patients on oral hygiene practices, follow up on treatment outcomes, and collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient patient experience.

The role includes maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, and contributing to a positive, respectful team culture.

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active state dental license (or eligibility to obtain) and current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Clinical proficiency in general dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and common restorative and preventive procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with the dental team.
  • Commitment to high standards of patient care, ethical practice, and adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy practice, manage time well, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Interest in continuing education and staying current with advances in dental techniques, technologies, and materials.
  • Experience in cosmetic or advanced restorative dentistry is beneficial but not required.
