Matrix Providers is seeking a Traveling Dentist to join our provider network as an Independent Contractor for disability and general medical disability exams. Travel is approximately 6–10 days per month across the United States, supporting Veterans' disability claims with expert evaluations.
Qualified applicants hold an active, unrestricted WI and TX license, board certification or eligibility, and 2+ years of clinical dentistry experience with the ability to work independently.
