Dental Biller

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a love for the dental field? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our team as a Dental Billing Professional! Based in our central billing office in Fitchburg, this role allows you to use your expertise behind the scenes, without face-to-face patient interaction.

As a Dental Biller, your day-to-day will involve:

• Managing and submitting insurance claims using Denticon (Planet DDS) software
• Resolving claims issues and auditing patient accounts
• Handling incoming calls from patients to address statement inquiries
• Collaborating via email with our partnered dental clinics

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• At least 6 months to a year of experience in a dental setting, whether clinical or administrative
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clinics and patients
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
