Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated, full-time Dental Assistant to add to our team! Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred!

Work Schedule:- Monday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Tuesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Wednesday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
- Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours

Duties and Responsibilities:- Chair-side assisting
- Setting up treatment rooms in preparation for patients
- Taking down and cleaning treatment rooms
- Instrument sterilization
- Stocking and cleaning treatment rooms, sterilization, and lab
- Patient follow up calls
- Taking x-rays and 3D images
- The ability to step into various roles and wear different hats with volunteers and team
- Cross-train and perform duties in both dental assisting and front office operations as needed
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple personalities at all levels
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in all aspects with enthusiasm
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Based on experience
- Dental: 1+ year of dental assisting experience required
