Dental Hygienist - Madison, WI ($5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!!)

The Dental Hygienist will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while educating patients on proper oral hygiene and helping them maintain long-term oral health. The practice values clinical judgment, patient-centered care, collaboration, and professional development.
Candidates must hold an active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license or be actively pursuing Wisconsin licensure
.
- Review and update patients' medical and dental histories
- Obtain and document blood pressure and pulse
- Perform intraoral and extraoral assessments
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Obtain and interpret dental radiographs as appropriate
- Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments
- Dental Hygiene degree from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygiene license or actively pursuing Wisconsin licensure
- Ability to provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal dental hygiene care
- Experience or certification in administering local anesthetic is preferred based on the applicable clinical scope.
- Daytime schedule
- Full-time schedule generally consists of approximately four days per week for the Campus/Downtown split position
- Full-time Campus/Downtown hygienists will work 2 days at Campus and 2 days at Downtown
