A thriving, well-established 10-operatory general dental practice in the Sun Prairie/Madison area is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join a high-performing, patient-centered team. This is a confidential search; full practice details will be shared with qualified candidates following an NDA.

• Stand-alone, 5,200 sq ft modern facility
• 3 doctors (2 owners) and 5 hygienists (FT equivalent)
• 5,400+ active patients
• 30-50 new patients per month
• Strong collections: ~$3.89M (2025)
• Payor mix: ~82% PPO / ~17% FFS / ~1% Medicaid
• Busy, efficient schedule with excellent patient demand

• Ideally 2-3+ years of clinical experience
• Strong preference for candidates with GPR or AEGD training and/or solid surgical experience
• Former military dentists will receive additional considerationA team-oriented, patient-focused clinician who wants to grow into a long‑term leadership role with ownership potential
